Terms and Conditions – 999sz Gaming Platform

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 999sz website at 999sz.pro, including all associated web pages, the mobile app and any related services.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 999sz platform.
• "We" / "Us" / "999sz" refers to the operators of the 999sz platform.
• "Account" refers to a registered player account on 999sz, denominated in PKR.
• "Balance" refers to the PKR funds held in a player's account, including both real-money and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits added to an account, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be staked on eligible games before they convert to withdrawable cash.
• "Game Round" refers to a single completed cycle of play on any slot, live casino game, or fish game on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 999sz platform you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.
• You must be registering for your own personal use only — not on behalf of any other person, organisation or commercial entity.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid name and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on 999sz. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable in your location.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 999sz account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone else, and logging out after each session — particularly on shared or public devices.

999sz will never ask for your full password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive any message requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support without delay. We will place a temporary hold on the account while the matter is investigated. Any activity that took place before you notified us remains your responsibility unless we determine that a security breach occurred on our end.

• Do not share your password, login link or account access with any third party.
• Update your password regularly and do not reuse passwords from other websites.
• Enable any additional security features offered on the platform when available.
• Notify support immediately if your registered phone number or email address changes.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 999sz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, direct bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are not permitted. Attempting to deposit using someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transfer is confirmed by the relevant payment network, typically within a few minutes for wallet-based methods.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• 999sz does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error or exceeding your intended amount should be reported to support promptly. We cannot guarantee reversal of completed transfers.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. In cases where that method is unavailable, withdrawal will be processed to a verified bank account or wallet registered in your name.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day when submitted during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically take one to two business days to reach your account after processing.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of request.
• Withdrawals above a certain threshold require successful completion of a one-time identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or passport. Verification is a one-time step and applies to all subsequent withdrawals once completed.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are met will result in bonus funds being removed from the balance.
• 999sz reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal that triggers an internal security review. In such cases, you will be informed of the hold and its expected duration.
• Withdrawals cannot be reversed once they have entered the processing stage.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 999sz offers bonuses, promotional credits and other incentives to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• The standard wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion. Wagering must be completed on eligible game categories only — some games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the previous bonus being removed.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared between accounts or used in combination by related players.
• If 999sz determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements artificially, or any other form of manipulation — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• 999sz reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any active promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 999sz platform — including slots, live casino tables and fish games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that outcomes are independently random and that no game round is influenced by previous results or by any external factor including account balance or bet size.

Each game category has its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. 999sz is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of a game's mechanics.

• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific table and dealer as communicated at the time of play. The dealer's decision is final in cases of dispute during a live session.
• In the event of a technical error that interrupts a game round, 999sz will review the session logs and restore the account to a fair position. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• Winnings from fish games are calculated based on the multiplier applicable at the time the fish is caught. Disputed results are subject to log review by our team.
• 999sz does not accept liability for losses resulting from a player's internet connection dropping during a game round, though we will investigate and apply fair resolution where logs permit.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 999sz platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any name, device or payment method.
• Providing false identity information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with games or the platform interface in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. Winnings generated through exploitation of errors are not payable.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals or using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing any member of the 999sz support team or other players on the platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

999sz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, or detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.

When an account is suspended, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the review is complete. If the suspension is lifted, any pending withdrawals will be released. If the account is permanently closed due to a breach, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned after the investigation concludes, depending on the circumstances.

• Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact support at any time. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 months with a positive balance will be subject to an inactivity review. 999sz will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any action is taken.
• To appeal an account restriction, contact our support team with relevant details. We aim to resolve all appeals within 5 business days.

10 Responsible Gaming

999sz is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair and enjoyable for adults who choose to participate. Gaming should always be approached as a form of entertainment with a defined budget, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• 18+ only. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Set a budget before you start playing and treat it as the cost of entertainment. Do not adjust the budget mid-session or chase losses by increasing your stakes.
• Take regular breaks. If you find yourself losing track of time or spending more than intended, step away from the session.
• Players who feel their gaming is becoming difficult to control are encouraged to contact support to discuss self-exclusion or voluntary account restrictions.
• Self-exclusion requests are handled confidentially and take effect promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened, and any promotional communications will be paused.

• 999sz is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a player's voluntary decision to wager funds on the platform.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Our total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

999sz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will carry a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
